Dennis Norris poses as a local while working in Afghanistan for the Central Asia Development Group. Norris, an Indiana native, was in the Coast Guard four years and was a San Francisco policeman before coming to work for the Zionsville Police Department. He later had a second career as a nonprofit executive. His law enforcement and finance backgrounds melded to make him a good fit as national security, finance and project director for CADG in Afghanistan.
