Compton's mobile home park, at Fourth and Sycamore streets in Zionsville, was evacuated when Eagle Creek overan its banks Friday morning, April 19. Rodolfo Cruz attempts to drive his pickup truck into the trailer park but backs out when, he says, water appeared to be about 4 feet deep around a bend in the road.
