Schmal family welcomes Ian James

Don and Beth Schmal of Zionsville announce the birth of Ian James Schmal. Ian was born April 27, 2008, at St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel. Ian weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 19-1/2 inches in length. Ian was welcomed by brother, Owen, and sister, Lily. Maternal grandmother is Irene Furman of Zionsville. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Nancy Schmal of Crown Point.
