Jervis family welcomes Phillip John Atla

John and Emily (Ryan) Jervis of Indianapolis announce the birth of Phillip John Atla Jervis. Phillip was born June 8, 2007, at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. Phillip weighed 10 pounds and measured 22 1/4 inches in length. Phillip is welcomed by Noah Jervis, 12 and Lily Jervis, 9. Maternal grandparents are Bill and Diann Ryan of Carmel. Paternal grandparents are Thomas and Mary Jervis of Vero Beach, Fla. and Cunot, formerly of Zionsville.

The Atla in Phillip’s name is in honor of his great-grandfather, Atla Oscar Jervis, who lived in Zionsville with wife Margaret (Berry) Jervis.
