1:12 a.m. — Julian Merino, 51, Lebanon, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, public intoxication and driving while suspended, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Saturday, July 16

10:59 p.m. — Roxie Ann Robinson, 46, Lebanon, theft, LPD.

9:30 a.m. — Dominic Michael Battiato, 27, Lebanon, driving while suspended, Zionsville Police Department.

4:49 a.m. — John Koors, 42, Thorntown, public intoxication, Thorntown Police Department.

4:17 a.m. — Christopher W. Givans, 22, New Ross, resisting law enforcement, receiving stolen property, public intoxication and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, BCSO.

3:53 a.m. — Johnny Allen Adams Jr., 33, Lafayette, residential entry, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, LPD.

12:12 a.m. — James Devon Warmoth III, 30, Thorntown, two counts of theft, TPD.
