Sanctuary up for sale

One historic building on Main Street is up for sale with an asking price of $1.8 million. The Sanctuary, which has been the gallery for Nancy Noel since 2006, is officially on the market according to Michael Kosene, Noel's son and realty agent. Kosene said his mother is wanting to open a gallery in New York City but does not have a target date for opening. "She attributes a lot of her success to the Sanctuary, to Indiana and the people of Zionsville," he said. "If you look at her business, her biggest collectors tend to be on the coasts. At this point, with her international presence, the East Coast is a natural progression for her. It allows her to be in a market that gives her more exposure."
