---- — The expansion of Quail Run Apartments could have a bigger impact on sewer service in the surrounding area. During its March meeting, the Zionsville Town Council will consider an agreement to waive sewer fees for Buckingham Company to construct a new sewer system for the more than 130 new apartments expected to be built in the complex on Ford Road. The council discussed the agreement during its Monday morning, Feb. 24, agenda-setting meeting. "They are building a portion of sewer to ease a capacity point on an interceptor we have," said Town Manager Ed Mitro. "So we are waiving the hookup fees to the extent of the construction for the sewer. It's in an area where we have budgeted to improve the lift station to accommodate that flow."
