Wal-Mart lawsuit sees action

The 2008 lawsuit between the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission and Wal-Mart has a new development.

The two sides are in a dispute concerning the deposition of two members of the commission, according to a court order dated Friday, Jan. 24.

The two sides had a telephonic conference with Judge Steve Nation and discussed the dispute, according to the order.
