---- — As it stands, the Zionsville Redevelopment Commission sees about 40 acres on the north side of Creekside Corporate Park that can be developed. Commissioner Brad Johnson presented Monday night, March 24, the drafts of two master plans for the 100-acre parcel along 106th Street between Zionsville Road and Bennett Parkway. The master plans only factor the part of the parcel on the north side of 106th Street. "The first concept shows approximately 40 acres of developable land and 26 acres of common area," Johnson said. "There would be a total of 14 parcels. This is really just a concept of how the parcels might lay out. Obviously some parcels can be combined so you can go from two smaller ones to one larger parcel." The first concept also showed a road that would wind throughout the property.
