---- — The vacant Carter building could have a new owner. Re/Max Agent Tammy Kelly confirmed that the former toy museum, 91 S. Main St., is under contract but was not able to give any other details, saying that things are still "very preliminary." The former toy museum shut its doors in January 2012. All of the toys and the building were set for auction in October 2012. The toys sold for more than $500,000, but there was no winning bid for the building.
