Witham withdraws Zionsville plans

Plans for a Witham Health Services building in Zionsville have been pulled. Allan Rachles, Zionsville Plan Commission president, told his fellow commissioners Monday night, Sept. 16, Witham requested their petition be dismissed. The commission voted unanimously, 4 to 0, to approve the dismissal. Commissioners Jay Parks, David Franz, and Kevin Schiferl were not at the meeting.
