Watts opens temporary location

A new farm has been planted in the Village this Christmas season.

Watts Christmas Shop has opened a temporary location at 125 and 165 W. Sycamore St.

John Watt said the family sold the former location on Hunt Club Road, which they had operated for more than 50 years.

"As time went on, the town grew and development grew," he said. "It came to a point where we needed to move. The land became more valuable for development than selling Christmas trees."
