Company could make Zionsville home

Zionsville could soon be home to a new corporate headquarters.

The Zionsville Plan Commission unanimously approved design plans for a 16,000-square-foot-office building during a special meeting Tuesday night, Nov. 13. The office building will be behind Nana’s Flowers, 575 S. Main St.

Former Zionsville Town Council member Matt Price, attorney with Bingham McHale in Indianapolis, represents developer Ed Harris LLP. Price would not divulge the tenant’s name as negotiations are ongoing.
