Officer Nate Harves is no longer a member of the Whitestown Police Department.
WPD Chief Dennis Anderson said during a board of police commissioner's meeting Tuesday night, June 3, that Harves sent a signed agreement and letter of resignation. The terms of the agreement were not available as of press time.
After unanimous approval from the board, Anderson withdrew his charges against Harves, who had been a K9 officer with the department.
