The 2014 Gardens of Zionsville Tour Saturday, June 14, received high marks.
"Everyone says this is the best one yet," said Marty Morris, who served as a hostess at "Garden No. 2," belonging to Amy Lacy and Barry Hicks at 105 N. Maple St.
The tour is presented annually by the SullivanMunce Cultural Center Guild. Several patrons of the tour, which is a self-guided event encompassing six gardens in Zionsville, said they enjoyed the diversity of the featured gardens.
"It's lovely," said Eliana Jacobson, who was enjoying the tour with Sharon McKee. "We go to these every year."
The Zionsville women said all the gardens this year were very different.
