Fourth festivities tomorrow

A July Fourth celebration in Lions Park will include food, music and fun begin in the park at 5 p.m. followed by fireworks at dusk.

Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20 with a grill package grand prize (valued at $1,000) and two other cash prizes. Parking in Lions Park is available for a $5 donation. (Rain date is the following Saturday.)

Purchase a ticket for a chance to win a Weber Grill or Kamado Grill plus accessories (valued at more than $1,000); second place, $250 cash, third place, $100 cash.

Fourth of July Raffle will help restore Lions Club Park after the recent floods. All proceeds go to the park restoration fund. Tickets available at Akard’s True Value or from a Lions Club or Little League member. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20.
