Indianapolis man charged with molesting two children

Timothy W. Reno, 56, Indianapolis, was arrested by Zionsville police at 12:49 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, on one class A and two class C felony counts of child molesting. Superior Court I Judge Matthew Kincaid told Reno during an initial hearing Friday afternoon that “the worst case” sentence he faces if convicted is 66 years. “I would recommend you get a lawyer,” Kincaid told Reno. A class A felony sentence ranges from 20 to 50 years; a class C felony ranges from two to eight years. At a hearing Aug. 9, Zionsville Police Det. Elizabeth Hubbs alleged Reno molested two children, one age 8, the other age 10, in separate incidents in 2010. See Wednesday's Times Sentinel for the full story.
