Papa, ZVRA discuss development

Wanting a stronger voice in the downtown development process, the Zionsville Village Residents Association met with Town Council President Jeff Papa. ZVRA President Chris Bucher said the meeting was very informational, and Papa answered some of the group's questions about what could happen to the former Citgo property. "As there hasn't been any official filings, there's nothing really official for us to be concerned about," Bucher said. "It's just important that people in the Village get to have a voice in the process." See Wednesday's Times Sentinel for the full story.
