Quail Run expansion, Cedar Street projects approved

Quail Run Apartments will soon add more than 130 new units and five new buildings. The Zionsville Plan Commission unanimously approved, 6-0, Quail Run's project to add five three-story buildings totaling 132 units with surface parking and tuck-under garages. Commissioner Kevin Schiferl was not present during the Monday night, Nov. 18, meeting. Buckingham Companies, which manages the apartment complex on Ford Road, originally filed plans in July to expand Quail Run. Tim Ochs, an attorney with Ice Miller, who represents Buckingham, said the plans changed three or four times. See Wednesday's Times Sentinel for the full story.
