---- — The Zionsville Redevelopment Commission should have a better idea in the next two months of how Creekside Corporate Park can be developed.
The commission approved Monday night, Nov. 25, spending $24,000 for Rundell Ernstberger Associates, LLC, to put together a master plan for the north side of the property along 106th Street and Zionsville Road.
Commissioner Brad Johnson said both he and developer Paul Kite reached out to REA to create the plan.
"Paul has a long relationship with them, and we both believe we need to get the best possible firm to do this," Johnson said. "We are comfortable with HWC doing engineering work, but this isn't their focus. We wanted to get a landscape firm involved since that is more of what needs to be done."
