Police release name of driver in fatal crash

The Zionsville Police Department, Boone County Coroner’s Office and Boone County FACT team has identified the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet that was involved in a fatal crash in early August.

Michael Tylor Leo, 25, of Frankfort, died after suffering blunt force trauma from the crash before the vehicle caught on fire.

The vehicle he was driving left the roadway and hit a utility pole on Michigan Road north of 116th Street.
