‘South Village’ project approved

The popular Village of Zionsville will possibly expand south of where the brick street ends.

The Zionsville Plan Commission unanimously approved design plans for a project near Zionsville Road and 106th Street that will extend the look and feel of the Village character during a special meeting Tuesday night, Nov. 13.

The project will bring a Bub’s Burgers to Zionsville along with 8,000 to 9,000 square feet of retail. The land is owned by Ed Harris LLP.

Matt Price, attorney with Bingham McHale in Indianapolis who is representing the landowners, brought the project before the commission.
