ZPD seeks information on hit and run

The Zionsville Police Department is seeking information regarding a hit and run that occurred Monday, Dec. 3.

ZPD Capt. Doug Gauthier said Max Turley, 91, of Zionsville, was hit at 5:50 p.m. as he was walking out of Amore Pizzeria Ristorante, 41 Boone Village Center.

“A silver Honda passenger car backed out and struck him,” Gauthier said. “The white male teenage driver and passenger got out and said they were sorry for hitting him and then got back in and drove off.”

Gauthier said the police are seeking information regarding the two teenagers.
