1920-2008
Bernice M. Guingrich-Keith of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Zionsville, died in La Vegas March 17, 2008. She was 88. She was born in Indianapolis March 9, 1920, to the late Alphonse J. and Estelle Pearl (Moore) Petit.
Bernice was a founding member of Zionsville Presbyterian Church, former member of the First Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church, past president of Zionsville Business and Professional Women’s Club, past president of Iota Kappa Delta Theta Tau, Hoosier Toastmasters Club of Indianapolis and a member of American Legion Post No. 79 Auxiliary.
Daughters Diane Estelle (husband Bob) Lockhart and Deborah Lynne (husband Dennis) Jordan; brothers Harold and Robert Petit; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren survive. Bernice was preceded in death by her husbands Donald F. Guingrich and Jackson Keith; and sister Thelma Jane Roach.
