---- — Pamela Sue Humphreys, 44, of Zionsville, passed away Feb. 2, 2014.

She was born on April 21, 1969, in Huntington, W. Va., to David and Susan Morris. After graduating from Vinson High School in Huntington, Pamela continued her education, receiving a diploma in nursing from St. Mary's School of Nursing in Huntington.

She married her high school sweetheart, JR, on June 23, 1990, and continued her career in nursing working for St. Vincent Cardiac Intensive Care and Outpatient Services. She most recently began working for Pottery by You, where she inspired people to create and paint their own pottery. However, her favorite job was being a mother and being very active in her children's lives, volunteering at their schools.

Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Edward (JR) Humphreys; three children, Connor, Jordan and Jensen Humphreys; and brother, David Morris.

Visitation, as well as a service, was Friday, Feb. 7, at the Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road.
