Martha and Roger were devoted and loving parents of two sons: Larry Roger Scott, Brownsburg, and Ronald K. Scott, Jamestown. They had six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Martha loved flowers and always had lots of perennial and annual flowers in bloom around her home. She was a member of the Zionsville Christian Church, and she was a member of the Young at Heart Club for several years. She was an active member and officer of the Tuesday Evening Club of Zionsville. She had several neighbors and friends who were very dear to her throughout her life.
