Hedwig H. Pinkerton, 84, of Zionsville, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2014.
She attended Pleasant View Lutheran Church and was an auxiliary member of the American Legion Post No. 79 in Zionsville.
Hedwig will be missed by all who knew her through her lifetime residency in Zionsville, especially her people at Marsh and CVS.
She is survived by her brother, Hermann (Mickey) Heining, and sisters-in-law, Erika Heining and Anneliese Heining. She was an aunt to Anita (Heining) Sheets and Bert Kelly; great-aunt to Monica Kelly and Erica Davis; and great-great-aunt to newly arrived Emma Davis.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert J. Pinkerton; sister, Else Kelly; and brothers, Otto and Adolf Heining.
Services were held Tuesday, June 24, at Flanner and Buchanan - Zionsville.
