So how are those New Year's Resolutions going? Thriving? Wilting? Dead? The barriers have been huge for the beginning of 2014. The phrase "two-hour delay" has achieved the same status as four-letter words in our home.
Please don't throw in the towel. There is never and always a perfect time to start … and that perfect time is right now. All you need is one good action to kick off your own "resolution reset." Here are some jump starters:
A Great Workout
It's cold. It's dark. Your body is stiff. The last thing you want to do is move. Ignore your body's demand for comfort and get moving.
Movement promotes circulation, bringing good stuff into your cells and taking bad stuff out. A few minutes in, as your body warms up, your attitude will change to neutral. Then, by halfway through, you will feel good and be convinced you made the right move.
