---- — The fitness industry is always booming with cutting edge technology, supplements and programs to help you improve your physical condition. Sifting through everything to find which will actually help can be a daunting task. Here are some of our favorite fitness tools and why we like them: Fit Bit This fitness tracker rides inside a small rubber bracelet that you wear on your wrist to track the activity you do each day, including how many steps you have taken and the quantity/quality of your sleep. Through the Fit Bit website you can also enter other activities such as strength training, yoga, etc., as well as set up a nutrition plan and track your food intake. Other cool things we like about this device include: - Walking activity automatically synced via Bluetooth. - Intraday calories are tracked, which means once you set your weight/calorie goals, the device will take into account how active you have been and the current time of day to determine where you are in your "calorie goal" zone. It self-adjusts to tell you to eat less calories if you have been sedentary that day or more calories if you have been extra active. - "Sleep Mode" will track when you fall asleep, how many times you awaken, and has an alarm that can be set to vibrate to wake you up. 17 Day Diet Book A doctor-created nutrition plan, "17 Day Diet Book" focuses on cleansing and healing the gut first to promote rapid, healthy weight loss and overall wellness.
