It’s time to get rid of those holiday leftovers

— Ahhh, that was fun. The holidays are over, they were great, and the New Year is here. It’s time to pack away the decorations and retire everything to the garage, basement, or attic until next time.

How about those leftover holiday pounds you’ve put on? Can’t just tuck those away in a box, so let’s get rid of them and get rid of them fast.

Here’s how you can remove 5 pounds off your body in 30 days. (You may want to hang onto this for Spring Break, too).

The Math

First, here is the mathematical formula describing how to remove 5 pounds of fat in 30 days.

5 lbs of fat = 17,500 calories (5x3500 cal/lb)

17,500 cal / 30 days = 583.3 calories/day to be accounted for.
