For all you "regulars," it's the time of year "they" show up. You know, the New Year's Resolution folks. They surge into the gym, occupy every piece of equipment, use every towel, break every rule of etiquette, and are totally and completely in the way.
You can't wait until February 1st when they will all be gone. Then you can get your treadmill or elliptical back and get back to your regular workout you have been faithfully doing all of 2013, and will continue in 2014.
So here's my challenge to you. Do something exceptional this year and instead of being annoyed, look at this as an opportunity. For what? Read on.
