Police reports for March 12

At 8:12 p.m. Sunday, March 9, Robert Kissinger of Zionsville was arrested for public intoxication on the 1500 block of West Oak Street.

At 7:43 p.m. Thursday, March 6, Christine Wagner of Zionsville was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The police report states she was stopped for a traffic infraction on Ford Road at State Road 334.

At 4:26 p.m. Thursday, March 6, David Regnier of Zionsville reported criminal mischief. The police report states a neighbor drove onto his property on the 1300 block of Wood Valley Court between 8 a.m. March 5 and 4 p.m. March 6, causing damage.

At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, March 6, Carol Montgomery of Jack and Jill Children’s Shoppe reported check deception at 2:28 p.m. Feb. 21 on the 0 block of East Pine Street.

At 7:57 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, Arian Saghafi of Indianapolis Concrete reported theft. The police report states license plates were stolen from three trailers on the 4800 block of West 106th Street between Jan. 1 and Feb. 14.

At 3:22 p.m. Monday, March 3, Andi Martin of Waynesburg, Ky., reported theft. The police report states his vehicle was towed after an accident. The title was in the vehicle at the time, but is now missing.

In accident news, at 2:20 p.m. Sunday, March 9, Ruth Green, 85, of Zionsville, was driving a beige 1998 Honda Accord. The police report states Green attempted to turn into a parking space in Boone Village and struck the vehicle owned by John Black of Zionsville in the next parking spot. The estimated damage is $750 to $1,000.

At 11 p.m. Saturday, March 8, Jonathan Shipley, 54, of Zionsville was driving a blue 2007 Toyota Camry. The police report states he was driving north on the 10500 block of Zionsville Road when a deer crossed the road and he struck it. The deer fled into the field. The estimated damage is $750 to $1,000.
