Police reports for March 26

At 5:50 p.m. Sunday, March 23, Kristin Maguire Pyne of Zionsville reported theft that occurred between 12:15 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. that day on the 8900 block of Winterberry Court.
At 5:48 p.m. Sunday, March 23, Elizabeth Mutzl of Zionsville reported theft that occurred between 12:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. that day, also on the 8900 block of Winterberry Court.
At 1 p.m. Sunday, March 23, David McLean of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states between 6 p.m. March 22, and 10 a.m., March 23, an unidentified suspect stole a GPS system, a radar detector and a CD set from his vehicle on the 4300 block of Ash Court.
At 12:31 p.m. Saturday, March 22, Hermion Torres Jr. of Westfield reported theft. The police report states stereo equipment was stolen from his vehicle between March 15 and March 22 on the 10800 block of Deandra Drive. The estimated loss is $6,700.
At 12:11 p.m. Thursday, March 20, Larry Ward of Indianapolis reported theft. The police report states numerous power tools was stolen from his vehicle in the Marsh parking lot in Boone Village between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m Wednesday, March 19. The estimated loss is $6,000.
At 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, Corey Kegeris of Indianapolis was cited for driving with a suspended license. The police report states he was stopped for speeding on the 5000 block of County Road 950 East.
At 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, Chris Hutton of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states between 10 p.m. March 18 and 8 a.m. March 19, an unidentified suspect stole sunglasses, a key fob, Pacers tickets and several CDs from his vehicle on the 4400 block of South Riverburch Run.
At 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, Ryan Scharnowske of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states he ordered a television online and it was never delivered. The estimated loss is $207.50.
At 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, Virginia Spencer of Zionsville reported invasion of privacy. The police report states she reported the violation of a restraining order.
At 3:37 p.m. Monday, March 17, Daniel Reynolds of Zionsville reported criminal mischief in the 10000 block of Andrade Drive. The police report states his vehicle’s right rear window was damaged between March 14 and March 17. The estimated loss is $150.
At 2:59 p.m. Monday, March 17, Cameron Hill of Avon was arrested for driving while never licensed. The police report states he was stopped for a traffic infraction on the 1000 block of Mulberry Street. He was transported to Boone County Jail.
At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, Tom Landrum of Zionsville Community High School reported theft. The police report states a bassoon was stolen from the ZCHS band area. The estimated loss is $3,500.
In accident news, at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, March 22, Allison Geraty, 16, of Zionsville was driving a black 1999 Nissan AGS, and Stephen Radentz, 47, of Zionsville was driving a silver 2004 Ford EPR. The police report states Geraty was turning left from Temple Avenue onto Willow Road. She did not see the Radentz vehicle on Willow Road. Radentz could not stop in time and struck the side of Geraty’s vehicle. The estimated damage is $2,501 to $5,000.
At 2:50 a.m. Friday, March 21, Joellen Higi, 49, of Zionsville was driving a purple 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt. The police report states a ZPD officer found an abandoned vehicle in a ditch on the 10600 block of N. Zionsville Road in front of the Village Station Pub. The owner of the vehicle was in the pub. She stated she had driven on the wrong side of the stop sign and ended up in the ditch. She stated she had called a tow truck, but not the police. The estimated damage is $2,501 to $5,000.
At 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, Kathryn Wilson, 45, of Zionsville was driving a white 2007 Volkswagen Beetle, and Denise Hooker, 52, of Zionsville was driving a silver 2003 Toyota Camry. The police report states Wilson was driving behind Hooker on Ford Road at Oak Street. Hooker began to make a left-hand turn, but slowed down because of possible traffic coming through the intersection. Wilson stated she thought Hooker had turned and looked for oncoming traffic in the other direction, at which time she struck the rear of Hooker’s vehicle. The estimated damage is $2,501 to $5,000.
At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, Johnathan Evan, 22, of Indianapolis was driving a blue 1994 Honda Accord, and James Shellhaas, 58, of Westfield was driving a green 1997 GMC Sonoma. The police report states Evan was pulling out of a driveway on the 1500 block of West Oak Street and did not look left before pulling out. Shellhaas was driving on Oak Street and could not stop, striking the right corner of Evan’s vehicle. The estimated damage is $1,001 to $2,500.
At 11:53 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, Lisa Dorsey, 38, of Westfield was driving a white 2005 Toyota Sienna, and Richard Summe, 66, of Zionsville was driving a maroon 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. The police report states Summe was stopped behind Dorsey on Templin Road at U.S. 421. Dorsey began to turn right, but stopped due to oncoming traffic. Summe did not see Dorsey stop, and struck the rear of her vehicle. The estimated damage is $5,001 to $10,000.
At 3:16 p.m., Sunday, March 16, Donald Starwalt, 28, of Zionsville was driving a blue 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, and Elliot Young, 19, of Zionsville was driving a black 2000 Infiniti QX4. The police report states Young was making a U-turn on State Road 334 at Ford Road when his steering wheel locked up. He ended up doing a 360 degree turn and struck Starwalt’s vehicle. The estimated damage is $5,001 to $10,000.
At 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, Janella Lucas, 36, of Carmel was driving a silver 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. The police report states a deer ran in front of her car on State Road 334 near Raintree Drive, and she couldn’t stop. The estimated damage is $1,001 to $2,500. The deer escaped.
