Police reports for April 2

At 9:01 p.m. Friday, March 28, David Winner of Indianapolis was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The police report states he was stopped for speeding on U.S. 421 at Willow Road, and transported to Boone County Jail.
At 9 p.m. Friday, March 28, Teena Connell of Body Beautiful reported theft. The police report states approximately $800 was taken from her wallet between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
At 4:15 p.m. Friday, March 28, Kenetta Mikesell of Crawfordsville reported criminal mischief. The police report states her vehicle was keyed between 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. on the 200 block of South Main Street.
At 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, Kingdon Offenbacker of Zionsville reported a domestic incident on the 4000 block of Oakleaf Drive.
At 9:58 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, Matthew Nevitt and Gregory Nunnally, both of Zionsville, were arrested for theft. The police report states the manager of Movie Gallery reported a theft of DVDs from the store and gave a description of the suspects and their vehicle. They were located and arrested.
At 9:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, Mary Weddle of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states gasoline was stolen from four vehicles on the 100 block of Kevin Court between 8 p.m. March 24, and 8 a.m. March 25.
At 9:04 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, Andrew Edwards of Golf Solutions reported criminal mischief and attempted burglary. The police report states a door and door frame were damaged between 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on the 10700 block of Bennett Parkway. The estimated loss is $500.
In accident news, at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, Sandra Peterson, 38, of Cicero was driving a blue 2005 Chevrolet Equinox, and Loretta Fredette, 62, of Zionsville was driving a blue 2007 Toyota Highlander. The police report states the traffic light at 96th Street and Zionsville Road was not working. Peterson stopped at the light on Zionsville Road and began to turn left onto 96th Street. Fredette was on 96th Street and drove through the intersection, striking the side of Peterson’s vehicle. Fredette states she did not see the traffic light and thought it was green. The estimated damages is $2,501 to $5,000.
