Police reports for April 16

Staff report

At 7:09 p.m. Sunday, April 13, Susan Reiff of Zionsville reported trespassing on the 1100 block of Park Place that occurred at noon April 7.

At 3:46 p.m. Sunday, April 13, Ruth Schroeder of Zionsville reported criminal mischief. The police report states the window of her vehicle was damaged in the Boone Village parking lot at 3:45 p.m.

At 12:48 p.m. Thursday, April 10, Patrick Smith of Indianapolis was arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was stopped for several traffic violations at the intersection of Maple and Ash streets, and taken to the Boone County Jail.

At 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, Nina Meschiono of Zionsville reported battery by a juvenile on the 2700 block of Daugherty Drive that occurred at 3:30 a.m. April 8.

In accident news, at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, Lynne Reves, 43, of Zionsville was driving a green 1995 BMW 750IL, and Cody Tumey, 16, of Zionsville was driving a gold 1999 Jeep Cherokee. The police report states Tumey was stopped at the stop sign on Pine Street at First Street. Tumey did not see Reves on First Street and pulled out, striking Reves’ vehicle. The estimated damage is $25,001 to $50,000.

At 2:50 p.m. Monday, April 7, James McIntosh, 17, of Whitestown was driving a teal 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix, and Visayny Kong McIntyre, 34, of Indianapolis was driving a black 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, and Reed McLaughlin, 16, of Zionsville was driving a green 2003 Ford Explorer. The police report states McLaughlin was stopped in traffic behind McIntosh on Hal Sharpe Road near Bloor Lane. McIntosh was driving south on Hal Sharpe Road, throwing an article of clothing out of his window to a friend and did not see McIntyre stopped in front of her. McIntosh struck Kong McIntyre’s vehicle, pushing it into McLaughlin’s vehicle. The estimated damage is $1,001 to $2,500.
