Police reports for July 9

At 10:37 p.m. Sunday, July 6, Jay Gibson of Zionsville reported harassment. The police report states Gibson received harassing phone calls between 3 p.m. July 3 and 10:30 p.m. July 6.

At 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 6, Joe Hollingsworth of Akard True Value Hardware reported theft. The police report states two topiary flower arrangements were stolen from the storefront around 7 p.m. July 5. This was witnessed by a patron driving by the store. The estimated loss is $78.

At 7:50 a.m. Sunday, July 6, Richard Lee of Zionsville reported auto theft. The police report states a gold 2001 Mazda Protege with unknown Maryland license plate number was stolen from the north parking lot in Crawford Manor at the 5300 block of W. 96th Street between 5 p.m. July 5 and 6 a.m. July 6. Also stolen from a table in the living room was $60.

At 3:02 a.m., Sunday, July 6, Phil McAtee of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states his wallet and a cell phone were stolen from his car in the 3700 block of Weatherstone Crossing between 10 p.m. July 5 and 2:30 a.m. July 6.

At 1:50 a.m. Saturday, July 5, Derek Brown of Zionsville was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication in the 2000 block of Williams Glen Blvd.

At 10 a.m. Friday, July 4, Stephan Masoncup of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states a theft occurred in the 200 block of N. Elm Street between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. that day.

At 1:11 p.m. Thursday, July 3, Donnie Klinger of Indianapolis was arrested for driving with a suspended license. The police report states he was stopped at the corner of 96th Street and Zionsville Road.

At 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, Jennifer Richard of Zionsville reported criminal mischief. The police report states a pool area’s window screen, window frame, blinds, door, and door frame were cracked in the 2200 block of Williams Glen Blvd. between 9 p.m. June 30 and 8 a.m. July 1.

At 7:11 p.m. Monday, June 30, Levi Jamison of Lebanon was arrested on a failure to appear warrant. The police report states between 7:11 p.m. and 7:29 p.m., Zionsville Police stopped and checked three subjects in the 9600 block of Whitestown Road at Mulberry Fields for trespassing. While investigating, Jamison was arrested for a failure to appear warrant out of Boone County.

At 1:10 p.m. Monday, June 30, Kathleen Whaley of Zionsville reported theft. The police report states $596 was removed from a business’s cash drawer in the 12000 block of N. Michigan Road between 4:19 a.m. and 4:21 a.m.
