The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
At 10:34 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, Kyle Staser, 27, of Zionsville, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 421 and 116th Street.
At 2:31 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, Jimmy L. Ryerson, 35, of Zionsville, was arrested for battery. The arrest occurred in the 9600 block of East County Road 600 South.
At 8:23 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, Joseph Ardelean, 18, of Zionsville, and Reece Scope, 18, of Zionsville, were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of Century Oaks Drive.

At 1:01 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, police responded to the 100 block of Kevin Drive on a theft report.
At 7:14 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, police responded to the 9400 block of Greenthread Drive on a criminal mischief report.
At 5:49 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, police detained a juvenile female on a juvenile apprehension warrant. The subject was taken to the Boone County Jail and transferred to the custody of a juvenile holding facility to await trial.
At 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, police responded to the 7300 block of South Mayflower Park Drive on a fraud report.
At 12:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, police received a phone call regarding a theft report.
At 2:26 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, police responded to Lions Park, 115 S. Elm St., on a hit and run. Paperwork has been filed with the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office regarding a juvenile suspect for leaving the scene of an accident with damage to property.
At 3:46 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, police cited Nicholas Zuber, 23, of Fishers, for driving while suspended. The citation occurred at the intersection of Ford Road and Oak Street.
At 2:27 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, police discovered two juveniles consuming an alcoholic beverage at 4210 Huntsman Drive.
At 3:17 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, police discovered a juvenile operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the intersection of county roads 950 East and 200 South.
At 5:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, police responded to the 100 block of South Elm Street on a theft report.
