Police reports for Sept. 19


CNHI

— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

At 8:17 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, Deborah Fortune, 51, of Zionsville, was arrested for battery. The arrest occurred in the 4500 block of South Chase Oak Court.

At 11:28 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, Robert Christopherson, 34, of Zionsville, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Bennett Parkway.

At 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, Dina L. Risser, 42, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Third and Cedar streets.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 12:37 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, police received a phone call regarding harassing phone calls in the Austin Oaks subdivision.

At 4:44 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, police responded to the 100 block of Lynn Court on a theft report.

At 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, police responded to the area of Creekside Park and Lions Park on two juveniles smoking marijuana. The subjects were located and released to their parents. A report was taken and forwarded to investigations and the Boone County Prosecutor for review.

At 5:29 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, police responded to the 10400 block of Oak Ridge Drive on a hit and run.

At 6:08 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 16, police responded to the 80 block of Brendon Way on a theft. A report was completed and forwarded to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review and possible filing of charges.
