The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
At 6:42 p.m. Monday, July 2, Jeff Sneath, 30, of Carmel, was arrested for resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a syringe. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Pine Ridge Drive. Sneath fled from police into Pine Ridge Drive Trailer Park and crashed into a fence. After a short foot pursuit, Sneath was apprehended. He was also wanted on three warrants. Two warrants were out of state, and one was out of Hamilton County.
At 9:43 p.m. Monday, July 2, Dominique Love, 21, of Gary, was arrested for failure to carry registration and cited into court for driving while suspended with a prior. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop on Interstate 65 at the 133 mile marker.
At 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, Samuel Bumbalough, 21, of Carmel, was arrested for public intoxication. The arrest occurred after officers located him staggering in the road near the intersection of Ash and Main streets.
At 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, police filed a complaint with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Leslie Brenia, 52, of Westfield, and Steven Brenia, 60, of Westfield, for theft of stones and landscaping blocks from the Lost Run Farm subdivision. Police were notified of the theft and were provided a license plate number to locate an address for the suspects.
At 4:13 a.m. Thursday, July 5, Keith Jeffries, 19, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated during a traffic stop, which occurred at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Ind. 334. Logan Modlin, 18, of Indianapolis, and Ryan Baumann, 18, of Bargersville, were also arrested for minor in possession.
At 9:38 p.m. Thursday, July 5, Andrew Biggs, 21, of Zionsville, was arrested on a warrant, in the 1600 block of Village Walk Drive.
