Police reports for July 25

— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

At 5:01 a.m. Friday, July 13, Austin P. Ritchie, 29, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ford Road and Oak Street.

At 3:10 a.m. Saturday, July 14, Brandon D. Neumann, 19, of Carmel, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol during a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Second streets.

At 3:10 a.m. Saturday, July 14, John A. Maxwell, 19, of Carmel, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol during a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Second streets.

At 6:44 a.m. Saturday, July 14, Levi Forrest Tucker, 32, of Lapel, was arrested for driving while suspended-prior during a traffic stop at the intersection of 96th Street and Technology Drive.

At 9:52 p.m. Saturday, July 14, Jonathan Tempel, 40, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated during a traffic stop at Second and Oak streets.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 8:45 a.m. Monday, July 9, police responded to the 1400 block of Dominion Drive on a harassment report. A woman told police that a man was repeatedly calling her residence pretending to be her grandson. The case is still under investigation.

At 1:31 p.m. Monday, July 9, police responded to the 1100 block of Parkway Drive for criminal mischief. A man told police that someone damaged his yard, landscaping and property several times over the last several weeks.

At 9:39 p.m. Monday, July 9, police initiated a traffic stop and after investigation, the driver, Anika White, 26, of Indianapolis, was driving under a suspended license. A report was forwarded to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

At 6:12 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, police responded to the 1100 block of Parkway Drive for a theft report.

At 1:03 p.m. Thursday, July 12, police responded to the 100 block of Pine Street for an attempted theft.

At 1:56 p.m. Thursday, July 12, police responded to Boone Village Shopping Center for a theft at Marsh Supermarket.

At 1:10 p.m. Friday, July 13, police responded to the 800 block of West Pine Street for a violation of protection order. A report was taken and forwarded to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

At 2:55 p.m. Friday, July 13, police responded to the 1200 block of Parkway Drive for a damaged property report. The case is still under investigation.

At 8:10 p.m. Friday, July 13, police responded to the 11700 block of East Ind. 334 for a violation of a restraining order. The case has been forwarded to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

At 12:54 p.m. Saturday, July 14, police responded to the 1000 block of Sullivan Ridge for a residential burglary. The case is still under investigation.

At 1:11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, police responded to the 2200 block of Williams Glen Boulevard for a residential burglary. The case is still under investigation.

At 6 p.m. Saturday, July 14, police responded to the 800 block of West Pine Street for invasion of privacy.
