Zionsville —

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, Michael Buirse, 59, of South Bend, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ford Road and Oak Street.

At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, Ricardo Estrada, 51, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating a vehicle while a habitual traffic violator with life suspension. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ford Road and Oak Street.

At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, Kenya Triplett, 37, of Indianapolis, was arrested for theft. The arrest occurred in the 11700 block of North Michigan Road.

At 7:05 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, Christopher R. Brown, 24, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Templin Road.

At 9:46 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, Matthew C. Byrd, 57, and Angela M. Byrd, 37, both of Lebanon, were arrested for possession of marijuana in an amount greater than 30 grams as well as two counts of neglect of a dependent. Zionsville police assisted the United States Drug Enforcement Administration as a result of an observed traffic infraction in the area of U.S. 421 and Ind. 32.

At 1:14 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, Suzanne Masten, 49, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 1800 block of West Oak Street.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 9:59 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, Vanessa Smith, 27, of Indianapolis, was cited for speeding, expired plates and driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The citation occurred during a traffic stop near Hoosier Village Retirement Center, 5300 W. 96th St.

At 5:39 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, police responded to the 1000 block of Mulberry Street on a theft.

At 6:39 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, Christina Childers, 42, of Lebanon, was stopped in the 1400 block of West Oak Street. Childers was found to be driving with a suspended license. A report was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

At 8:11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, police responded to the 10600 block of South Andrade Drive on a theft.
