Police reports from June 12, 2013

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 12:52 p.m. Thursday, June 6, Christopher McCroy, 27, of Indianapolis, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, reckless possession of paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia, false identification statement, possession of a syringe and an outstanding warrant out of Grant County. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Zionsville Road and 96th Street.

At 2:55 p.m. Thursday, June 6, Jeff Helton, 43, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near Boone Village Shopping Center.

At 6:27 p.m. Thursday, June 6, Danielle Robbins, 31, of Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Ford Road and Hunters Point Drive.

At 2 a.m. Friday, June 7, Justin Buckley, 19, of Zionsville, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. The arrest occurred in the 5600 block of S CR 950 East.

At 1:42 a.m. Sunday, June 9, Stephen Haak, 33, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Ford Road and Ford Valley Lane.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 12:05 p.m. Monday, June 3, police received a phone call regarding identity fraud.

At 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, police responded to the 300 block of South First Street on a theft.

At 2:59 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, police responded to the 11000 block of Brentwood Avenue on a burglary.

At 5:01 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, police responded to the 5400 block of Soapberry Drive on a theft.

At 11:41 a.m. Friday, June 7, police stopped John Nathan Sperry, 29, of Zionsville, for driving while suspended. Sperry was issued multiple citations and released to appear in Boone Superior Court.

At 12:33 p.m. Friday, June 7, police responded to the 10200 block of Lakewood Drive on a theft.

At 8:48 p.m. Friday, June 7, police detained a juvenile in regards to the investigation of possession of marijuana and a controlled substance.
