Police Reports from Oct. 2, 2013


The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 12:06 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, D. Brandon Weddle, 41, of Westfield, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. 421 and Willow Road.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 11:28 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, police conducted a traffic stop on South First Street. As a result, paperwork was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Deandre Williams, 26, of Indianapolis, for the offense of driving while suspended.

At 9:01 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, police responded to Zionsville Community High School, 1000 Mulberry St., on criminal mischief.

At 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, police responded to the 11700 block of East Indiana 334 on a fraud.

At 7:35 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27, police responded to the 600 block of Morningside Drive on a breaking and entering of a garage and theft from a vehicle. 

At 1:06 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, police conducted a traffic stop on West Oak Street. As a result, paperwork was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Brenna Smith, 37, of Indianapolis, for the offense of driving while suspended.

At 12:39 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, police conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Road. As a result, paperwork was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Courtney Brieger, 32, of Kokomo, for the offense of driving while suspended with a prior.

At 4:03 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, police responded to the 9600 block of Bellflower Drive on a domestic disturbance.
