Police Reports from Nov. 13, 2013

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 12:44 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4, Timothy Smith, 24, of Anderson, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Michigan Road and 116th Street.

At 1:11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, Gregory Robb, 54, of Zionsville, was arrested for resisting law enforcement and operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Beverly Drive.

At 11:03 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, Garrett Warner, 22, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended with prior offenses. The arrest occurred in the 6800 block of Ford Road.

At 3:06 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, Rachel Brown, 29, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated - endangering a person and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 9600 block of E CR 600 S.

At 3:46 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, Dara Sturges, 18, of Zionsville, was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol and operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred near the intersection of Willow Springs and Willow Ridge drives.

At 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, Leah Sims, 30, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Ford Road.

At 4:51 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, Jasmine Boyd, 23, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended. The arrest occurred in the 11100 block of U.S. 421.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 1:37 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, police responded to Zionsville West Middle School on a criminal mischief.

At 2:04 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, police responded to the 100 block of Brendon Way on a credit card fraud.

At 6:12 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, police responded to the 4200 block of Riverbirch Run on a fraud.

At 12:38 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, police responded to the 2000 block of Williams Glen Boulevard on a battery.

At 3:21 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, police received a phone call regarding threats.

At 9:55 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, police responded to the 700 block of South Ford Road on threats and harassment.
