Police reports from April 24, 2013


— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 6:14 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, a juvenile was placed in a juvenile detention facility and charged with being incorrigible, battery, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Sugarbush Drive on a 9-1-1 hangup. Upon arrival, they discovered a juvenile problem. Upon resolving the problem, units left the scene only to be called back a short time later.

At 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, Thomas Ferguson Jr., 24, of Fishers, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of 96th Street and Mayflower Park Drive.

At 9:30 a.m. Jeremy Copley, 25, of Indianapolis, and Steven Birnell, 31, of Indianapolis, were arrested in the 11800 block of E SR 334. Copley was arrested for possession of marijuana and outstanding warrants. Birnell was arrested for possession of marijuana, false informing and outstanding warrants.

At 1:01 a.m. Sunday, April 21, Brian Schneider, 30, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Ford Road Valley Lane.

At 7:34 p.m. Monday, April 15, police received a phone call regarding criminal mischief.

At 1:57 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, police responded to the 1200 block of West Oak Street on a hit and run accident.

At 4:19 p.m. Thursday, April 18, police responded to the 11600 block of E CR 500 S on a burglary.

At 11:40 a.m. Saturday, April 20, police received a phone call regarding a report of vandalism to a vehicle.

At 10:22 a.m. Sunday, April 21, police responded to the 1100 block of Park Place on a theft.
