Police Reports from June 18, 2014

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor's Office.

At 3:46 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, Walter Dennis Givens, 48, of Gary, was arrested for driving while suspended, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, and operating with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .15 or higher.

At 2:40 a.m. Friday, June 13, Marlon Coley, 22, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended.

At 10:01 p.m. Saturday, June 14, Jose Callardo Fernandez, 23, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended and operating a vehicle without ever having received a license.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 10:05 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, police responded to the 10200 block of Oak Ridge Drive. Caller's twin teenage daughters were arguing with each other.

At 7:42 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, police responded to the intersection of Governors Lane and County Road 975 East. Caller stated there is beer in the backseat of a subject's car, and subject doesn't look old enough to drink.

At 8:17 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, police responded to the 5000 block of Bennett Parkway. Caller reported teenagers going door to door advising they are trying to make new friends.

At 1:35 a.m. Thursday, June 12, police responded to Domino's Pizza, 1486 W. Oak St. Caller stated money was stolen by an employee.

At 10:40 a.m. Thursday, June 12, police responded to the 5400 block of West Old 106th Street. Caller stated someone broke into the house through an open window; the house was ransacked; and things were missing.

At 12:38 p.m. Thursday, June 12, police responded to the intersection of Michigan Road and Sycamore Street. Caller stated she was rear-ended by a silver car that fled east on 116th Street toward Carmel.

At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, June 12, police responded to Speedway, 1390 W. Oak St., where a customer claimed the cashier stole her money. She was belligerent and causing a scene.
