The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:
At 12:12 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, Anna Hobson, 28, of Zionsville, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ford Road and Huntington Woods Ridge.
At 4:04 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, David Mcginnis, 50, of Zionsville, was arrested for public intoxication. The arrest occurred at the intersection of First and Pine streets.
At 1:05 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, Ryan Harmon, 33, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 5500 block of West 96th Street.

At 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, police responded to the Boone Village Shopping Center on a fraud report.
At 3:39 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, police responded to 80 block of Clifden Pond Road on a hit and run that occurred at Zionsville Community High School, 1000 Mulberry St. A case report was taken and forwarded to investigations.
At 6:23 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, police responded to the 12100 block of Daugherty Drive on a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered in Martinsville.
At 1:46 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, police received a phone call regarding harassment.
At 10:34 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, police responded to Key Bank, 11622 N. Michigan Road, on a fraud report.
At 11:15 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, police responded to the 100 block of Scranton Court on a theft.
At 10:26 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, police responded to the intersection of U.S. 421 and Templin Road on a hit and run with property damage. The suspect vehicle was not located. An accident report and a case report were taken and forwarded to investigations.
At 7:48 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of West Oak Street. The driver, James W. Baxter, 36, of Whitestown, was found to be driving while suspended. A report was completed and sent to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
At 1:39 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police responded to the 500 block of Phantom Court on a breaking and entering.
At 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police responded to the 1300 block of James Court to assist the Zionsville Fire Department with an unresponsive person.
