Police reports from April 17, 2013


— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 5:56 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, Andrew J. Biggs, 21, of Zionsville, and Justin A. Buckley, 19, of Zionsville, were arrested. Biggs was arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident as well as operating while intoxicated .15 percent or greater. Buckley was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. The arrests were made after police were dispatched to a hit-and-run accident near the intersection of First and Hawthorne streets. A male juvenile was also charged with minor in possession.

At 12:37 a.m. Sunday, April 14, Diana Dickman, 55, of Zionsville, was arrested for domestic battery. The arrest occurred in the 4400 block of Greenthread Drive.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, police responded to the 4400 block of Fullcry Circle on a fraud.

At 7:33 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, police received a phone call regarding fraud.

At 5:23 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, police responded to Zionsville Community High School, 1000 Mulberry St., on a theft.

At 2:59 p.m. Friday, April 12, police received a phone call regarding identity theft.

At 6:56 p.m. Friday, April 12, police responded to the 12100 block of North Michigan Road on a hit and run.

At 11:36 p.m. Friday, April 12, police responded to the 1200 block of Parkway Drive on a report of harassment.

At 9:12 p.m. Saturday, April 13, police detained, pending notification of parents, a male juvenile for minor in possession of alcohol. The detainment occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of 96th Street and Technology Center Drive.

At 10:40 p.m. Saturday, April 13, police issued Roger Barnett, 56, of Indianapolis, a complaint and summons for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The issuance occurred in the 3800 block of U.S. 421.

At 8:52 p.m. Sunday, April 14, police responded to the 4200 block of Honeysuckle Lane on a harassment.
