Police reports for July 10, 2013

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 11:25 p.m. Monday, July 1, Samantha Stratman, 25, of Lebanon, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-endangering a person and public intoxication at the intersection of U.S. 421 and CR 300 South.

At 4:31 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, Ryan J. Marmetter, 34, of Indianapolis, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and operating a vehicle under the influence of a Schedule I or II controlled substance or metabolite at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Ind. 32.

At 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, Rafael Perez Arriago, 44, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operator never licensed and an outstanding warrant for felonious assault out of NYPD after a traffic stop at U.S. 421 and Willow Road.

At 1:12 p.m. July 3, Charles A. Broadnax, 38, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, and Eric M. Jordan, 26, of Indianapolis, was charged with driving while suspended-prior after a traffic stop at 146th Street and Shelburne Road. Both were taken to Boone County Jail.

At 1:38 a.m. Friday, July 5, James Sampson, 22, Indianapolis, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana/hash/hash oil at Speedway.

At 2:01 a.m. Sunday, July 7, Zachary Hocutt, 26, Terre Haute, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-endangering a person at the intersection of Turkeyfoot and Temple roads.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 12:15 p.m. Monday, July 1, Zionsville police took a report of auto theft in the 400 block of West Pine Street.

At 6:43 p.m.,Tuesday, July 2, Zionsville police responded to a call of theft in the 200 block of South Sixth Street.

At 10:32 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, police investigated a report of theft from a vehicle at the 11000 block of Lockleigh Drive.

At 11:11 a.m. July 3, police took a report of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle in the 11000 block of Clarkston Road.

At 2:47 p.m. Thursday, July 4, police were dispatched to the 10000 block of Lakewood Drive on a report of theft.

At 10:44 a.m. Friday, July 5, police took a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 1000 block of Parkway Drive that occurred between 6 p.m. June 30 and 8 a.m. July 1.
