Police reports from May 29, 2013

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, Anthony D. Smith, 37, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. 421 and Tillson Drive.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 9:27 a.m. Monday, May 20, police responded to the 5100 block of West 106th Street on a theft. The theft happened after 5 p.m. Friday, May 17. Case is still under investigation.

At 9:35 a.m. Monday, May 20, police responded to the 11500 block of Willow Ridge drive on a theft.

At 2:47 p.m. Monday, May 20, police responded to Zionsville Community High School, 1000 Mulberry St., on an intimidation.

At 3:27 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, police received a phone call regarding identity theft.
